25 South East Asian Games 2009

The Southeast Asian Games is in its 25 edition will be in 2009, when it will be held in Vientiane, Laos. There will also be SEA Games 50 Year since its inception. The biennial multi-sport has been founded in 1959 and formerly known as South-East Asian Peninsula Games or SEAP Games. Laos has the distinction of being the host country for the first time in its history for 2009.
